I am your host, Karina Apologna Trip, and in today's episode, I will be talking about what and how we sell based on BG5 mechanics and how these very mechanics are so often cause of imposter syndrome in business. And I think the most important how to reframe it so you can show up with confidence to serve your clients better. And if that sparks your curiosity, stay tuned till the end. To start with, you need to know that in the human design chart, and disclaimer here, I'm using the terms BG5 and human design interchangeably because many people don't even know what BG5 is, that it even exists. So in the human design chart, the places where we look at what by design we are selling and the places we are being sold to are the same things. So the way these mechanics work is that what is your solution to the problem, meaning what you are selling to others, is always what you look to solve for yourself. And we call it openness in human design body graph. Whatever is white in your chart, like a center. So you have those nine geometric shapes, we call them centers, or gates, so the numbers with lines in white centers, these are like the door you go out to the world, and also the door you let others in. So basically, what you are here to sell is what you are sucker for buying yourself. To make it more tangible with a chart example, in my design, I have gates one and two in an undefined G center. And these are one of my biggest money-making potentials. And I'm telling you, I was sucker for human design, and why, I will tell you in a second. So I got sold on human design system like a moth is sold on a flame. I am constantly learning about how to be unique, which is the theme of a gate one. And what is the direction for our skills and creativity? And this is the gate two, the theme of gate two. And this is what I offer people the most: the direction for their body of work that makes them stand out like a freaking unicorn in the sea of sameness, in the era where AI makes me want to barf, reading the same style of writing from half of the content online, right? I want people to stop doing that and really own their uniqueness. Because I'm selling how to be uniquely expressed in the world. This is the theme of gate one. Human design and BG5 and other modalities that are that I weave are just the tools that I am using now. But in my previous business, I did exactly the same. I was selling artistic fashion workshops for photographers who wanted to find direction for their unique creative expression. So I sold education about creativity of their body of work and direction for their unique skills. And this is all my undefined G Center with very specific themes to sell coming from this uh place that I mentioned, gates one and two. Now I want you to look at your chart and see those gates in white centers as your solutions. And if you are not so familiar with your human design, maybe you know only your type authority profile, use Google and type, for example, gate 14 human design or any other gate in your white center, and start to think if the theme of this gate is something that you utilize in your business, something as a solution to a problem or desire your people have, and you are here to help them solve that problem. And to give you an overview, basically, with how that works with all of the white centers in my body graph, I am designed to sell inspiration, and this is the theme of Undefined Head Center. We call it inspiration function in BG5 language, and in my case, I sell through doing the research of occult knowledge, and this is gate 61 in line four. And if you are more familiar with human design and you want to dive deeper into also not only the gates but also the lines, you can. You can put gate 61.4 human design and you will find the description of that energy. So, as I mentioned, I'm here selling inspiration about human design system, like occult knowledge through the research. And I'm also here to sell education and frameworks that make sense out of confusion of the past for others. So this undefined Ajna Center with gate 47. This is where I have white Ajna Center, and there is hanging gate 47. And I've already mentioned selling direction and unique self-expression, so gates one and two. Now I'm also here to sell how to use your life force and an energy correctly. So you don't quit what you are here to build. And this is completely open sacral center in my case. And on top of that, I'm also designed to sell like feeling good and letting go of what no longer serves you. And this is coming from completely open spelling centers. So, as you see, I just mentioned very general thematics of those white centers, and these are the themes that I can play with and reach people to offer solutions. But, and there is a but I had to go through a lot of learning and making mistakes in these areas, and still to this day, I am eager to learn more, solve more problems, because through our openness, as I said, we meet the world, and this is where we mechanically, bimechanics, are also sold to. So, this is where we need to drink our own medicine, and sometimes we need support from others to help us drink our own medicine. Like, I don't know if you remember, like our mothers did to us when we were sick and we didn't like the taste of you know a super strong herbal tincture. She would just open our mouth and maybe close our nose and tell us to just stop whining and drink. So, as adults in business, we connect with coaches, mentors, healers very often going through another spiral like layer of needing support with the very thing we sell to our clients. And this may make us doubt if we are, for example, in integrity. But when we look at this from the perspective of BG5 mechanics, that's actually very healthy because if we would sell through our definition, so our channels and defined gates, and as many so-called human design teachers are preaching that you sell what you have defined, which is not true to the mechanics, and we would offer solutions to problems from there. Now we are selling a very fixed way that doesn't have openness in it to other paths of doing the very thing. So it's like this energy, it's blind to its own ways. That's how I can say it. It's very unique. There is no one exactly like that, like you, who can do it like you do, but this is fixed, it's limited. So your channels are the strengths that come natural to you, and many people don't have the same configuration. I mean, nobody has the same configuration as you. So selling what you are uniquely equipped to do may work only for people who may have similar design. And that's why you still need to base your offers on your strengths to stand out in the market, to show people this is how I'm different, this is what is my strength, and you won't get it anywhere else. But how you message it and the transformation you offer needs to come from your openness. And to give you an example, I was watching this millionaire, Alex Hermosi. I think this is how you say Alex Hermosi, and I said to myself, I remember, I am freaking sure he he has channel 14.2. I can hear it in his frequency, and of course I ran his chart, and he has channel of the beat 14-2. And I've noticed that he sells his ways, very fixed ways of you know wealth accumulation. He always talks about working hard, moving to the drum of your own beat, saying no to many things besides work, pursuing direction fast with strength and capacity. Now he says, be like me, here is my way, selling his way, his fixed idea of what it means to run a business. And it works for him. Not everyone will be able to have the same capacity because they are designed differently. So his method is unique to his design. Now, me as non-sacral being, meaning I don't have a defined sacral center in my design, a manifestor, initiator in BG5 language, I am designed to take on this fixed frequency from many generators, let's say from Alex Harmosi, sample what it is, and then share my wisdom with others. And one of the things I've noticed is that you know what? This is not the only way. There are so many different ways to build business, to build anything, actually. But I can see how certain aspects of that advice, that very nuanced specific advice, can be used in specific situations. So, for example, there are seasons of saying no in your business and working harder, pushing your edges. But that's not the case for everybody because of unique human design configurations, right? You being open or undefined in your human design chart is actually a blessing of wisdom. Now, let me ask you a question. Would you rather have a solution from a mentor who tested many things because first they struggle with something and desperately needed a solution, which drove them to learn and experiment and fail and then stand up again, which is what all this openness in our chart is actually about. Or would you rather learn from someone who has a consistent and fixed way of being and doing, and not really open to other ways in this area? This person will inspire you and make you think of them as unique. This is how they stand out from the crowd, this is how they provide, how they provide their solution. But they are imposing their ways if they are not aware of it and think that this is possible for everyone because they achieved this very goal. How many times have you heard get to 50k months with this method that worked for me? And yes, great, it worked for them, but not everyone has the same resources, whether outside or inner resources. And one of the inner resources is our unique design. And I have channel 2145. This is called the channel of money, and in BG5 language, strength of management. This strength is all about education of the material plane, how to support people to have resources of all kinds, right? But you won't hear me in my marketing selling money wins. I am selling creative direction for your body of work that sells itself. But I am well aware that to do that, you need to know how to be so uniquely you that there is no competition. This is what me understanding human design and BG5 mechanics, me playing with uh somatic parts work and allowing different parts of yourself shine their wisdom. Now, how I will deliver this is through education about the material plane. Because my gate 45 with this objective six line, birds view I, I am here as a spokesperson for material direction, which basically what 45 line six is. This is my unconscious sun energy. This is 70% of who I am. This is my why. This is this energy is just part of my channel, right? And this energy is grounded by the 26th skate in the line six, which is all about selling what I believe in, having birds VI about marketing and sales. And all of those qualities are fixed in me, and this is how you will recognize my unicorn, how I think differently about money, resources, selling marketing, all of that. This is what I do completely different than anybody else. This is why you will choose me, this is my unique method, but my offers need to be based on my openness, always. Like my fixed and defined gate 31 in my defined throat center, pointing towards my open gate 7, which is all about leadership roles, and here I am selling a program Leadership by Design. But now coming back, how I sell, not what I sell, but how I sell is through all of this education, through human design for business. So this BG5 lens, this is what I do, it's consistent. I can't stop it. This is my definition. Education about material plane, period. So today I'm fiery, to be honest, because I really want people to understand the difference, because I hear so many like bullshit advice online uh from the pop human design people, uh, and they are mixing all of these weird planet activations for your wealth code and all of that. But actually, the mechanics are much simpler than that. I hope now that you can understand the difference between what and how, but to summarize it, our how, so the channels are like an umbrella under which we sell the what. As I mentioned, but repetition is the queen of education. For me, it's all about education, about the business and resources through 2145 and 1949 channels. But what I sell is all of those undefined centers with hanging gates or completely white places that are on the other side of defined gates. And if all of that seems complicated, but you are actually ready to dive into the details of how these mechanics work with more practical examples, with visuals so you can understand it better. Now, the other thing I want to weave into this discussion is something that comes up for people I work with, and I get this question a lot, where we dive into the mechanics of this openness is imposter syndrome. And today I also want to talk how we can reframe it through human design mechanics. So, imposter syndrome comes when we think about how you can teach something, guide others towards something, provide a solution for something, sell something like a transformation, and still be on coaching calls asking a mentor to support you in this very area because you encountered a brick wall that completely took you off balance. While at the same time, you also deliver great results for others in this area. And as I explained before, this is how we are designed to operate because there is nothing wrong with it. What we sell is what we are suckers for being helped with, it's mechanical, not personal. So if you have imposter syndrome, I think it's actually healthy, it's what your people need from you because you are not this cocky know it all person who assumes that everyone can do what you can do, which is basically what our channels are, because they're a natural, consistent expression of us, like the example with with Alex Harmozzi of Channel 14.2, he has this incredible capacity to accumulate wealth and work for it hard. And if you are instead open in those places or any other places, you have many different flavors of this theme being activated by so many people or the transit field. So instead of trying to be consistent with this energy and be fixed like that, learn to appreciate the learning because this is where we sell, this is where we gain wisdom, so we are more trustworthy, because there is now one fixed way, because it is still a struggle, this very struggle of our openness. If you stop identifying with it, but rather observe it and learn from it and share the wisdom you gained, even if you are still in the midst of mess, this is so valuable. For other people. But what is extremely important, the only way to do it with integrity and engage with any of that in the way that it's correct for you is through your strategy and authority, not through mental decisions. Now there are nuances in all of this. When we look at those gates, in my design, I gained a lot of wisdom about inspiration since I have this undefined head center with gate 61 in line four, which is researched. I'm selling this inspiration now. I've done so much freaking research, guys, on all of this incredible, empowering knowledge. I got education from official human design schools, studied for years, so I can gain wisdom thanks to this undefined Ajna Center, which is conceptualization function in BG5. So I will sell you this education that you can be certain of. This is how we sell through Undefined Ajna Center, selling education that you can be certain of. And also frameworks are big ones here in Undefined Ajna Center, selling frameworks. And I talked already about Undefined G Center with leadership, direction for your unique skills, and being a freaking unicorn, all of that. I spent so much time gaining wisdom about these themes, working with clients and transforming their businesses, and feel confident I can help others to do the same. But all of this is because I struggled, experimented, learned so much, tested it with anybody who came to me, and I learned to embody a healthy way of approaching all of those thematics for myself as well. There is also in my design completely open sacral center. So many themes that I played with, with so many ways, how life force energy functions in human. So I can feel it in my body, this sacral energy, because it's the only motor center I have open. So when somebody comes to me, I can feel the response. But I won't sell to you how to overcome fears. Not yet, at least. Even though I have one of the biggest wisdom potentials in my completely open splenic center. So this is called survival function in BG5. I won't sell it because I suck, and I mean it, I freaking fucking suck at letting go of fears. And I'm processing survival fears from all around me, especially connected to my health. And you know, this is a difference when you have, for example, two completely open centers or two open, undefined centers, they don't have to be completely open. And one is a motor, like my sacral center, and one is the awareness center. And awareness centers are splenic center, ajna center, and emotional solar plexus center. If you have any of those open, and you look at what will give your mind more struggle, or in general, may will make your life much worse from the conditioning perspective. I have two completely open centers, but one is awareness, one is the motor. I will be completely and ultimately like conditioned by the awareness center, open awareness center. This is my splenic center. I am processing, as I mentioned, so many survival fears. It's not about my work, but my physical body. Because there is so much disease out there in the world. People are not well, and sometimes it's really a lot. Even if I consciously know that this is just not mostly even mine, but I am learning how to get back to balance right now, step by step, slow steps. I have to do a lot of nervous system work to deal with that. And it may take more time for me to be the embodied example of how to let go of those survival fears that do not serve me. Because there are fears that are meant to be there, and there are great indicators, there are information. But to let go of those fears that just block me, this is the most painful lesson in my life's curriculum. So when I am in integrity, I want sell something that I didn't fully commit to solving in my life, and I don't feel like I have this wisdom about this. I am still in this big, big mess. But even with the themes I'm confident in that I went to school for, I am still open, I will still struggle, especially for myself. I won't know all the answers, I will look for solutions, I will study, I will look for help so that I can have more ways to solve my clients' problems. If you have imposter syndrome and think that you don't know enough, you still make you still make mistakes. From now on, I want you to reframe it and say to yourself, Oh, here you are, imposter syndrome coming. Thank you for being here. Thank you for reminding me that your presence is necessary to serve my clients better or love myself more, to choose being enough, and knowing that the exact medicine of my frequency, no matter in which stage, is going to work for those who are on my fractal line, those who are designed to work with me, and both aspects can be true at the same time. You are worthy enough to share what you have, what wisdom you have, but also you are here to grow and be humble and treat the imposter syndrome as something like, okay, is this something that I maybe need more depth with? Each time you think you overcame something in those open spaces, and now you can help others with it, there is a new context that comes in through other people activating that energy in you for a brief moment in different ways than you experienced before. So now you are learning new ways. Maybe they threw you off balance in a way you never felt before. So, for example, if you let's say help your clients um overcome something like dealing with explosive emotions, let's say, let's say anger, and you just had the biggest rage fight with your partner. Like imagine flates flying, dragon fire, destroying everything around, and you end up completely shocked this happened to you. You thought you transmuted this pattern, and now your head is basically exploding with this imposter syndrome, with those intrusive thoughts telling you how you can help your clients with anger, and you think you are a hypocrite, and then they will discover it. Damn, that's heavy. Just stop for a moment. I invite you to just watch instead of immediately identifying yourself and judging yourself with this. Be honest with your clients, tell a story how you have failed to drink your own medicine and what you have learned. Maybe you learned that let's say having conversation when you are starving, when you are hungry, and after let's say your sweet but infuriating toddler was having a tantrum all afternoon is actually not a good idea to have this conversation in this very moment. It doesn't have to be something really ground or a serious lesson, can be super simple, super practical, casually mentioning something in your own life that has happened and how you notice other things that may have influenced this because you are open. Your clients buy your solutions, but they also like to know from time to time that you are not so perfect, that they are not alone in their quest to transform and grow. I love to hear stories from people who support me, let's say in business, my coaches, my mentors, how they hit the wall in the very topic they teach, which forces them to look for different solutions. I can learn so much that way, and I don't put myself in a in a position of expecting impossible standards from myself because I know that those who I learn from are not perfect. And yet they are so wise, they implement their lessons, fail, and stand up. It's really inspiring. It's like a hero's journey. This is a hero's journey archetype which is actually part of my unconscious nodal environment. This is the theme of 1933 nodal access for those human design nerds. So, of course, I am around those people who have this hero's journey from weakness to strengths. And now I think it's actually funny when I hear myself speaking keynotes of my own design that I know from study, but when they come up spontaneously when let's say I speak, it's just I think it's a proof of how our design does us, not the other way around.
